Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with ceiling fans, luxury linen, and plush towels, ensuring a restful and refined stay.

The gourmet open-plan kitchen is a chef’s delight, seamlessly connecting to the spacious dining area and a luxury lounge complete with a cozy fireplace. Expansive glass stack doors open to an enclosed entertainment area featuring a built-in braai and breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and iconic Robberg Peninsula.

1 x Main bedroom, very spacious, King size bed, with sliding doors opening to the pool area, great sea and mountain views, spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bath, shower, toilet and basin.

Right Wing.

1 x bedroom with Queen size bed, doors open to a private courtyard, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Outside private bedroom.

1 x bedroom with its own private entrance, Queen size bed with doors opening to a courtyard, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

LOUNGE

Spacious open plan furnished lounge with Smart TV, wood fireplace, luxury furnishings to allow guests to relax and enjoy the comforts the Villa has to offer, stunning sea and mountain views, doors open onto the enclosed entertainment room, swimming pool area and front balcony.

DINING AREA:

Spacious open plan 12-seater dining room, seamless flow between living and entertaining areas

KITCHEN:

Modern, spacious light and airy gourmet kitchen with all the top end appliances.
Breakfast bar with bar stools, large island/workstation, prep bowl, 5 plate gas hob with under counter oven, drinks station and cabinet,
microwave, coffee and tea station.

Scullery with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, double sink, doors open to a drying courtyard.

ENCLOSED ENTERTAIMENT ROOM:

Spacious enclosed entertainment room, ideal to enjoy if Plett has a windy day, glass stack doors that open to allow that indoor/outdoor feel onto the swimming pool area, stunning sea views, built in braai, patio table and chairs,

The sparkling swimming pool is set in a courtyard style area with pool loungers

DOWNSTAIRS:

TV LOUNGE

Spacious TV lounge with sliding doors which allow the TV room to be closed off, Smart TV with home theatre, large comfy sofas, doors open onto the lush garden.

Coffee station with prep bowl, drinks fridge.

1 x bedroom with a Queen size bed, doors slide open to the garden, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

1 x family suite bedroom with a Queen size bed, single bed with another bed that slides out below it. En-suite small bathroom with shower and basin (no toilet in this bedroom)

INFORMATION:

Wi-Fi.
DSTV and Netflix included.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A housekeeper included 6 x days per week, Monday to Saturday, (this excludes public holidays), If there are more than 6 guests than an extra cleaning lady must be taken at the tenants’ costs 5 x days per week.
Edward the gardener is included 2 x days per week.
If there are small children, tenants to be aware of the stairs, a stair gate, baby chair and cot can be arranged, tenants need to book this in advance.
Bedrooms are luxury furnished with good quality linen and towels.
Swimming pool with a cover.
Smart TV/s
A housekeeper included 7 x days per week, and a gardener included 1 x day per week. If there are more than 6 guests than an extra cleaning lady must be taken at the tenants’ costs 5 x days per week.
2 x set luxury linen per bedroom, bath towels and beach towels included.
Beach umbrella and beach chairs
Max 12-14 people allowed (there are 2 x sleeper couches)
Guests to be mindful of not staining linen with suntan oils.

A refundable breakage deposit will be required.

MIN. STAY OF 14 NIGHTS R23 450.00 per day.

Payment and Booking Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R350.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
