Rental includes one daily maid on weekdays, weekends are charged extra if required.
Maid service is provided for up to six guests, if more than six guests, extra maid service will be required, each extra maid is charged at R500.00 per day.
Prices are calculated on a minimum stay of 7 nights, in the event the stay is less than 7 nights a cleaning and preparation charge will be added to the rental rates, that being R1000.00 to R1,500.00 depending on the amount of guests. 

Payment and Booking Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
