1 x bedroom with king or twin beds, doors open to the patio. 

Private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. 

READING LOUNGE: 

Beautifully furnished family room with doors opening to the covered patio and pool area. 

LAUNDRY: 

Spacious laundry with linen cupboards, separate area with washing machine, laundry sink, doors open to the drying courtyard.

A covered patio invites you to unwind, overlooking the enclosed and well-established garden, adorned with vibrant flora and a refreshing bright blue swimming pool (there is no net on the pool)

A study, linen cupboard, pantry, and built-in braai further enhance the functionality of this level, making it the perfect setting for gatherings with friends and family. 

DINING AREA: 

Open to the lounge, the dining area is modern with lovely dining table and chairs, doors open to the covered patio. 

KITCHEN: 

The well-appointed, bright and airy kitchen boasts Caesar stone tops, built-in oven, 4 plate electric hob and a breakfast counter. Prep bowl, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, nespresso machine, espresso pot, pantry – doors lead out to the upstairs roof terrace with breathtaking sea, lagoon and mountain views. 

BEDROOM:  

1 x main bedroom with a king size bed, walk in dressing room, open plan en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and basin, doors open to the patio, white American shutters on the sliding doors allows one to keep the sliding door open for fresh air yet still having the security at night.

ENTERTAIMENT AREA 

Off the lounge and dining area is a lovely, covered patio with views towards the ocean and mountains.  

Modern table and chairs to seat 6 allows one to enjoy outdoor dining.

· The property is fully armed with outside beams, burglar bars and trelli-doors ensure your security.  

· Smart TV – kindly log in to your own viewing channels. DSTV - you are welcome to bring your own decoder.

· Wi-Fi 

· Free parking in a double and 2 parking spaces in front of the garage.

· No net on the pool.  

· Not suitable for families with children that are 10 years and younger. 

· Non-smoking home – smoking allowed on the patio and by the pool area. 

· Good quality linen and towels provided. 

· Inverter - the entire main house is on an inverter, except the 2 geysers, oven and stove. Pool and water pressure pump are on the inverter, rechargeable lamps in all bedrooms and downstairs area.
· No pets allowed. 

· Cleaning lady can be arranged for tenant account, this must be booked in advance. 

· Home manager lives in a separate private cottage on the premises. 

· A refundable breakage deposit will be required 

· Admin fee of R 300.00 will be charged. 

RATES 2025/ 2026: 

Low Season: 

1st May 2025-31st August 2025  

R 2175.00 per day min. 4 night's stay 

Mid-Season: 

11th January 2025-30th April 2025 and 1st September 2025 –30th November 2025 

R4105.00 per day min. 4 night's stay. 

Peak Season: 

1st December 2025-10th January 2026 

R 9380.00 per day min. 2-3 weeks stay
