After spending time in the corporate world as a national sales and marketing manager, he decided to move to Plettenberg Bay, where he entered the Real Estate market. Highlights of his career include:

2004 Sotheby's agent of the year for Eastern Cape and Garden Route regions (Sales & Turnover)
2004/5 Put together the new Stonefield polo development on behalf of Leo Baxter from inception
2006 Sotheby's agent of the year for Eastern Cape and Garden Route regions (Sales & Turnover)
2007 Awarded RE/MAX Gold Status
2008 Awarded RE/MAX Platinum Status
2008 Was the top RE/MAX Agent for the Garden Route and Eastern Cape (Sales & Turnover)
His hobbies include anything to do with the sea and he is a provincial fisherman. He is the Training Officer of NSRI Station 14, and heads up the Helicopter Surf Rescue for the Southern Cape and is a member of the elite Air Sea Rescue unit. He also enjoys golf, especially the 19th hole!
